It's advised that you simply wash both hands twice with soap.

People employed in the preparation of food mustn't work with refuse, clean areas by which refuse is stored, sweep roads or drive ways, clean toilet areas or do garden are employed in or round the business by which they work.

Likewise, people working directly of indirectly with food mustn't come into contact with cats, dogs or other type of animal during working hours. Kitchen staff also needs to refrain from eating within the kitcken area, particularly eating with fingers.
